What you will learn
The Skills Bootcamp is designed to mirror the real world with projects, 1-2-1 feedback, and working with actual production workflows and tools.
You will be matched with a technical mentor based on the kinds of projects you are aiming for. Using your personalised Skills Scorecards, you will discuss your current competencies and where you need to be at the end of the bootcamp. From this, you will be set work that helps you learn and hone the necessary skills.
You will attend group workshops regularly, tackling topics such as communicating your ideas, giving feedback to others, understanding your values, communicating your unique selling point and building your network.
Create work, make decisions rapidly, meet fellow creators and get feedback on what you have achieved – plus, learn how to balance the emotions that come with creating work you love to deadline.
If required, you'll work with our mindset coaches to improve your confidence, lift your ambitions, overcome barriers and find your purpose.
You will get access to a private Slack group with fellow learners and mentors, where you can get answers to any technical questions you might have.
During your bootcamp, you will work with your mentor and career coach to build real-world projects and explore new immersive projects to expand you and your organisation’s portfolio.
You will get a chance to meet working creatives in the industry and understand more about the day-to-day of the job.
