Opportunity | Capsule & Cabana | NYC | September 2018

Capsule and Cabana are two exclusive trade shows that give exposure to a curated selection of brands each season. They have partnered with Mastered once again to provide four spaces in each show (eight in total) for Mastered brands to showcase their collections in New York City for three days between 15 – 17 September.

This is your chance to showcase your brand to some of the most desirable press and buyers in the industry.  

What are the dates of this opportunity?

• Apply by Sunday 19 August at 5:00pm GMT to be considered. 
• We will contact you from Wednesday 22 August to let you know whether or not you have been selected.
• Friday 14 September until Monday 17 September are the dates you're expected to be present for set-up, the event itself and pack down.  
• The event runs for three days between Saturday 15 and Monday 17 September.

Is this opportunity paid?

• This opportunity is not paid.
• The trade show spaces will be provided entirely free of charge.

 
Who would cover my travel and accommodation for me to participate?

• If you are chosen, you'll need to cover your own travel and accommodation to New York City (if you live outside the area).  
• If you are applying from outside the USA, you will need to have the necessary VISA to allow you to travel.

 
What do I need to bring with me?

• You will need to bring any display requirements, order forms, business cards, any marketing material, line sheets and your collection. Fittings and fixtures for stalls will be provided at the event.
